Step 1: Select a verified charity from our platform to sponsor a virtual care card.
Step 2: Personalize the gift by designing a message for the package that will be delivered in person to your recipient or their community.
3. Donations and Payment
- All donations are processed securely through our WooCommerce platform.
- Donations are final and non-refundable, as they are directed to verified charities and go towards fulfilling your sponsored care card.
4. Message and Delivery
- You may design a personalized message for the package. Ensure your message adheres to our community standards, avoiding offensive, inappropriate, or illegal content.
- While we strive for timely delivery, delivery timelines may vary depending on logistical factors and the charity’s operations.
5. Charity Verification
- We only collaborate with verified charities to ensure the integrity and impact of your sponsorship.
- Custom Care Cards is not responsible for the internal operations or activities of the charities involved.
6. Intellectual Property
- The design, branding, and content of Custom Care Cards remain the intellectual property of our organization.
- By submitting a message, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use, copy, and distribute the content for the purpose of delivering the care package.

- Personal information, including recipient details and donation data, is handled in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
- We do not share or sell your personal data with third parties, except as required to fulfill your sponsorship.
